Why we use this process:

After weeks of conversation within Foster Fits staff, we landed on this simple four step process for three main reasons. Firstly, it's simple for both the families in need as well as for donators. We know that the last thing you want to do when helping others is be hindered by a bunch of complicated paperwork. Second, this process flow makes it so that any member of staff can do almost any role. This is integral to the effective operation of Foster Fits. Since all staff are teenagers in High School , we have things that take up our time (mostly homework). This means that if one person is busy it is easy for another staff member to sub in for them, ensuring that Foster Fits keeps running smoothly. Lastly, the "order" system makes it so that staff can easily sort donated clothes quickly for each family's needs, which makes the turnaround time for when we first get the clothes to when they are delivered to a family much shorter.
